Ready your fork and whip out your checkbook because some of the best chefs from Palm Beach County and beyond are joining forces for the sixth annual No Kid Hungry Dinner, taking place November 5 at Buccan in Palm Beach.

Chef Clay Conley, owner of Buccan, has gathered a few of his favorite chef friends to create a five-course meal to benefit Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry initiative, which aims to end childhood hunger in America. Last year, the dinner raised more than $220,000, resulting in more than 2.2 million meals.

The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception. Guests will then take their seats at 7 p.m. for an unforgettable feast. Dale Talde, a Top Chef alumnus and proprietor of Talde in Brooklyn, will serve the first course, which will be followed by a pasta course courtesy of chef Conley. Next, Lindsay Autry, loved locally as the chef at The Regional in West Palm Beach, will present a cobia paired with salsify and Seminole pumpkin ragout as well as country-style sausage. Chef Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar in Miami will serve the final savory course of the evening, which will include a wood-roasted wagyu beef cheek, sweet corn masa, mole, and chayote and watercress. Baker and cake artist Janderyn Makris of Earth & Sugar will round out the evening with dessert.

Tickets to the dinner cost $500. The event will also feature a live auction by Billy Harris, a.k.a. The Culinary MC. To learn more and to purchase tickets, visit nokidhungry.org/NKH_PalmBeach
