PALATE

Rocco’s Sangria

1 slice each of lemon, lime and orange
½ oz. (splash) of simple syrup
1 oz. orange juice
½ oz. Bacardi light rum
Red or white wine
Squirts of ginger ale to fill glass

Muddle fruit and syrup in a glass. Add orange juice and rum. Fill ¾ of the glass with ice. Pour wine up to ½ inch from top of glass. Top with ginger ale. Stir and serve.
