If you don’t plan to travel to Beijing for the Olympics, get into the spirit with haute Chinese take-out. Coco’s Peking Duck Spring Roll is part of Chef Jeff Peng’s crusade to bring “Pan-Asian” cuisine to Palm Beach. The elements blended here include traditional Peking duck (Mandarin) wrapped in a spring roll with cellophane noodles (Vietnamese), accompanied by crunchy Asian vegetables and a Cognac plum glaze.
