Wellness Wednesday: Pose for a Purpose

Using special LED headset technology, instructor Jennifer Martin has creatively curated Yoga SoundXperience, a Vinyasa yoga class with the music mix of a DJ. This experience will leave participants feeling the perfect balance of energy and introspection. This class is sponsored by One Parking and will benefit March of Dimes. March of Dimes volunteers and staff work to influence both legislative and regulatory activities in each state by serving as powerful voices for the needs of pregnant women, infants, children and families.
