Fitness and Family Fun at Downtown Palm Beach Gardens

The shopping and lifestyle destination's Summer Event Series will offer social distancing-safe fun for all.

Downtown Palm Beach Gardens will kick off summer with the launch of its Summer Event Series beginning Wednesday, July 1. Fitness fanatics and families alike will find something free and fun to do at the shopping and lifestyle hub all month long.

To help guests get back into their fitness routines, certified fitness instructor Emily Gregory will host Wednesday FIT4MOM workouts on July 1, July 8, July 22, July 29, and August 5 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Offering a little something for everyone, the classes will fill feature social-distance friendly conditioning, Tabata, and barre-inspired workouts. The workouts are free to attend.

The fitness fun will continue on Saturday, July 18, when Palm Beach fitness phenom Olivia Figueroa stops by Downtown Palm Beach Gardens to lead guests through a 55-minute total body workout beginning at 9 a.m. The “LIVFIT” session will combine sculpt, weight training, cardio, and HIIT components for an energetic, challenging workout. Guests are required to bring their own mats and are encouraged to come with ankle weights and resistance bands. As a bonus, attendees will be entered to win a Peloton bike. The month will close on a creative note when Downtown Palm Beach Gardens hosts Chalk Art Day on Saturday, July 25. Guests of all ages are invited to adorn parking spots on the garage’s top level with their chalk creations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. To maintain social distancing guidelines, guests will be assigned alternating parking spots.
