Rembrandt is widely considered one of the Dutch Masters of painting. With magnificent portraits including one of his most famous works, the enormous The Night Watch, you can almost place yourself in the frame; the colors in the center so vivid and the details so exact. How or why Johnson & Johnson thought it an equally good name for the Rembrandt Intense Stain: Stain Dissolving Strips for your teeth is beyond me.
You’d think this was an inexpensive, convenient way to get the job done. It’s not. Using the somewhat medicinal tasting strips to brighten my smile, I was very disappointed. First of all, they are very difficult to remove from their metallic pouch. Then, they do not dissolve as promised in 5-10 minutes. In fact, they leave a really weird, gummy feeling. And, worst of all, they did nothing to whiten my teeth.
There are other ways I can enhance my smile and that $150 charge from my dentist is looking like a bargain, at this point.
