The Historical Society of Palm Beach County will host its Annual Archival Evening in honor of inventor, business leader and philanthropist Alexander W. Dreyfoos. An evening of cocktails, dinner and dancing will be held on December 13 at 7 p.m. at Club Colette - 215 Peruvian Avenue, Palm Beach. Dreyfoos, with his partner and friend George Mergens, designed the Video Color Negative Analyzer (VCNA) in 1964, which revolutionized the printing of color photography. The archival exhibition will premiere at the event to celebrate Dreyfoos' professional and philanthropic career. The Archival Evening provides support for the Historical Society of Palm Beach County.
