AVDA – Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse, Inc. will celebrate its 6th Annual Heart of a Woman Luncheon on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton. The event will feature Elizabeth Smart as the featured guest speaker. Liz Quirantes, CBS 12 News Anchor will emcee the event.

   Elizabeth Smart is the abduction survivor of one of the most followed child abduction cases of our time. Through this traumatic experience Elizabeth has become an advocate for change related to child abduction, recovery programs and National legislation.
