Cozy up to the campfire at the fourth annual Boy Scouts Sportsman’s Grand Jamboree from 6:30-10 p.m. Friday, February 8 at Palm Beach Motorcars.
A benefit for the Boy Scouts of America, Gulf Stream Council, the Sportsman’s Grand Jamboree draws more than 400 guests each year for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, an extensive silent and live auction and amusement such as skeet shooting and flight simulators, golf and archery. More than two dozen vendors will be on hand offering everything from designer jewelry and handbags to shotguns and hunting gear. The event will also feature live country tunes by upcoming country star Brooke Eden, delicious culinary creations and chef challenge stations by Lincoln Culinary Institute, and cocktails from Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and Palm Beer.
Next on the calendar for the Boy Scouts is the 15th annual Sporting Clays Invitational on February 15 at the South Florida Shooting Club in Palm City, FL. The Sporting Clays Invitational includes continental breakfast, barbecue lunch and a day of competitive clay shooting. Participants can also compete against South Florida native Drew Shprintz, a contestant from season three of Top Shot on the History Channel.
