The Third Annual Second Chance Gala, held at Nick & Johnnie's, promises to bring some heat to the island with the theme "Havana Nights." All proceeds will benefit the programs of Eckerd, a nonprofit dedicated to serving at-risk youths in aftercare services within Palm Beach County.

Eckerd has over a forty year history of innovative and creative solutions in addressing issues concerning our youth. Its community based work in, Palm Beach County with youth reintegrating back home after juvenile justice residential placement has had a positive impact on our youth for over fifteen years. Eckerd has been a stable and consistent partner as Florida has continued to adapt to the changing landscape within the juvenile justice and child welfare systems.
