With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, why not treat your heart throb to the sweetest event in town – the South Florida Science Museum’s 8th Annual Science of Chocolate event. The decadent, two-day event promises guests will get their fill of chocolate – from sweet samples to chocolate trivia and everything in between. Visitors will learn the science behind how chocolate is made, as well as the potential health benefits.

   Activities to include: liquid nitrogen chocolate ice cream, chocolate samples and a chocolate fountain from Hoffman’s Chocolate’s, and chocolate-related crafts.
