The Ancient Olive is hosting an introductory molecular gastronomy class on Thursday, July 25 at 7 p.m. This class will cover a brief history of food science, common food myths debunked, areas of current interest in molecular gastronomy and recipes featuring Spherification & Reverse Spherification (techniques would be caviar building and cocktail spheres).
Guests will learn how to make:
Apple/Honey Caviar (perfect for desserts)
Olive Oil Pearls (pair with cheese, yogurt or salads)
