Bistro Ten Zero One's upcoming wine dinner, "Symphony of Seafood," is a not-to-be-missed affair. Presented by a trio of talented chefs, including Celebrity Chef Dean Max and Chef Jeremy Ford (executive chef of the soon-to-open restaurant at Eden Roc Miami), along with host chef, Chris DeGweck. Together, they will present a five-course seafood-themed wine dinner, with each chef preparing individual courses highlighting local seafood.
The menu will feature signature dishes from all three chefs including:
- Red Kuri Pumpkin Soup with Maine scallops, seasonal peppers and fennel.
- Arugula, Mushroom & Burrata Ravioli with poached Florida lobster.
- Pan-Roasted Snapper with veal cheek, crepinette, walnut & mustard green puree.
