Chef Gerhard has been named one of the nation’s top 10 pastry chefs, and is host of “Food Network Challenge” television series.
On Saturday, December 14, nationally acclaimed pastry chef and James Beard Foundation Award Winner Chef Gale Gand, former host of Food Network’s “Sweet Dreams,” will demonstrate how to make two of her special holiday treats – Chocolate Mousse and Ricotta Doughnuts.
