Some of the nation’s top physicians from Cleveland Clinic will discuss how to live well beyond 100 during a special breakfast February 7 at the Colony Hotel. The esteemed panel will include Cleveland Clinic President and CEO Toby Cosgrove, M.D.; Brian Burnbaum, M.D.; neurologist Linda Pau, M.D.; cardiologist Edward Savage, M.D.; and oncologist Steven Roshon, M.D. The event serves as a prelude to The Cleveland Clinic Florida Ball and is open to all registered guests of this year’s event.
Cleveland Clinic Florida’s sixth annual ball, themed "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," will return to The Mar-a-Lago Club on February 8. Under the direction of chairmen Patrick Park, Geri and Frank Morrow, this season’s black-tie and ruby slipper affair will once again be an evening of elegance and entertainment to benefit the world-renowned, not-for-profit medical center located in West Palm Beach, Weston and now Palm Beach Gardens and Parkland. Grand Honorary Chairman is Sydell L. Miller and Hermé de Wyman Miro and Judith Murat Grubman are the honorary chairs. A special tribute will be made to Kathryn Vecellio, who is the recipient of the 2014 Sydell L. Miller Award. All proceeds from the event will remain in Florida to enhance and advance the Clinic’s medical programs and services.
