Enjoy a Taste of Spring at Bistro Ten Zero One's April Wine Dinner

Join Bistro Ten Zero One, Chef Chris DeGweck and fellow food & wine enthusiasts for Bistro's April wine dinner. This monthly dinner series offers guests an evening of creative cuisine, fine wine and good company. Executive Chef Chris DeGweck has created a mouth-watering menu that highlights what is fresh and in season. Each course will be served with a wine pairing.

   Highlights on the menu include Braised Rabbit with fiddle head ferns, Florida baby purple carrots, candy striped beets and lemon thyme jus; Local Day Boat Fish with a warm lentil salad, Florida corn, local butter crush lettuce; roasted Florida peaches and more.

  • Cost for the dinner with wine pairings at each course is $50 per person (tax & gratuity not included).
  • Guests will meet in the bar area at 7 p.m., where they will enjoy a welcome glass of bubbly and the group will move into the private dining room at 7:15 p.m.
