The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and Mainstreet at Midtown present the 3rd Annual Latin American Food & Wine Festival Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 5:30pm – 9:00pm. The Latin American Food & Wine Festival will feature an extensive selection of fine wine from multiple wineries, as well as gourmet food from local eating establishments. The evening will also feature live Latin music and artwork from Latin & Hispanic artists.
Formed in Cuba in 1939, this legendary ensemble quickly established itself an institution of true Cuban music, hailed as “the purest form music from Cuba.” This 15-person ensemble combines violins, piano, flute, percussion and vocals to deliver one of the best live shows on the planet. As Cuba’s most venerable charanga band, Orquesta Aragón has been a cornerstone of Cuban culture for seven decades. Orquesta Aragón’s reputation as one of the foremost interpreters of classic Cuban popular songs is without equal.
