Palm Beach Photographic Centre is happy to present an exhibition of images from the London Olympics by sports photographer, editor and PBPC instructor Adam Stoltman. As a photographer, Stoltman's work has appeared in Sports Illustrated, The New York Times and its Sunday Magazine, TIME, Newsweek, and a host of other publications, Stoltman has covered 11 Olympic Games.

The Art of Video Games Exhibition

The Boca Raton Museum of Art will be the first museum in the nation to host the Smithsonian American Art Museum’s groundbreaking exhibition, "The Art of Video Games," following its enormously successful presentation in Washington, D.C.
Running from October 24, 2012 through January 13, 2013, the Boca Raton exhibition, presented by FMSbonds, Inc., explores the 40-year evolution of video games as an artistic medium, focusing on striking graphics, creative storytelling, and player interactivity. During its stay in South Florida, the Boca Raton Museum of Art will offer a variety of associated programs and educational opportunities for visitors of all ages and interests.

Brits, Bubbles and Books

The Society of the Four Arts will hold a book sale preview and wine tasting on Friday, November 2 from 5:30 until 8 p.m. “Brits, Bubbles and Books” will benefit the King Library restoration project features special appearances by the Bethesda-by-the-Sea Beefeaters and other British “icons.” It will also include a book signing with Palm Beach’s own Annie Falk, author of the newly released "Palm Beach Entertaining." A selection of wine, beer and sparkling wines will be offered for tasting, and lite bites provided by Bush Brothers will be served.

Newly-Renovated Sinclairs Ocean Grill Hosts Local Celebrity Fundraising Dinner

Sinclairs Ocean Grill, Jupiter Beach Resort’s newly renovated award-winning restaurant, is partnering with celebrity news anchor, Suzanne Boyd, to raise money for the non-profit organization, Take Stock in Children of Palm Beach County. On the evening of November 2nd, 2012, from 6 – 9 pm, a portion of all proceeds from Sinclairs will go to Take Stock in Children. Suzanne will be on hand as the “celebrity chef,” helping to prepare the restaurant’s signature dishes, as well as greeting and mingling with guests.
