DESCRIPTION:The American Lung Association has been putting on stair climb events across the nation for decades as a fun twist on the athletic fundraiser. Due to the great success last year?s Climb Fort Lauderdale, along with the great enthusiasm of the community and participants, the 4th Annual Climb Fort Lauderdale takes place during Lung Cancer Awareness month and is set to be bigger and better than ever! The climb is professionally timed and ranked and trophies are awarded in a variety of categories, giving participants an opportunity to compete against the clock and conquer their quest to climb the Tower!

Many of our climbers will be participating as part of a corporate team and many will be there to climb in honor or in memory of a loved one with lung disease. Many local firefighters and fire rescue departments will climb in full-gear to support the cause.
