Blue Front Bar-B-Q Sauce has been topping chicken and ribs in South Florida since the 1960s. The tasty sauce, available in mild and hot (right) flavors as well as a wing sauce, originated in Eastman, Georgia, before the company relocated to Lake Worth, where its success took off: It’s been carried in such chain stores as Publix, Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart for more than 40 years. Palm Beach real estate developer David Paladino, who bought the Blue Front company a year ago, won’t reveal what’s in the mustard-vinegar-based secret sauce but assures it’s so tasty that “you could put it on cardboard.” (561-833-6651, facebook.com/bluefront)
