
This Thanksgiving, we didn’t want to serve another pumpkin pie, so we asked Stephanie Steliga, pastry chef at Café L’Europe in Palm Beach, for something a little more special. Inspired by fall, her favorite time of the year, Steliga created a dessert reminiscent of the woods in her home state of Wisconsin. She reimagined Café L’Europe’s Million Dollar Bar with roast pumpkin chocolate and praline fondant with a cream center. For a little crunch, she garnished the bar with pumpkin spice tea streusel, pumpkin seed florentine and two types of pasta, which mimick branches.
