There are two key ingredients to any weight-loss plan: diet and exercise. Rapoport’s Restaurant Group takes care of both. Bogart’s Bar & Grille in Boca Raton, Deck 84 in Delray Beach, Henry’s in Boca Raton and Burt & Max’s—Rapoport’s newest restaurant, opening this month in Delray Beach—have rolled out an “Eat Well. Be Well.” menu that offers gluten-free dishes with a side of exercise. Diners who order one of the five menu items—each between 452 and 520 calories—will receive a complimentary gift certificate for one week of personal training at the Facility for Personal Training in Boca Raton. The menu also lists nutritional content for the dishes, which include grilled salmon with ratatouille and pistachio basil pesto as well as mojo-marinated chicken chop with wild rice quinoa pilaf and orange tarragon braised carrots. Dinner and a workout—the perfect combination.
