Van Cleef and Arpels celebrates 70 years in Palm Beach by pre-launching the new Alhambra line featuring malachite set in 18k yellow gold in its Palm Beach boutique.
Malachite stone has a signature green hue and was mined as early as 4,000 BC by the ancient Egyptians. Its light and dark striations and verdant hue appear stunning within a golden outline for the Van Cleef and Arpels collection.
First released in 1968, the Alhambra collection created the malachite that has since been one of the line’s most popular stones. While the item was phased-out a few years ago, it is being re-released by the boutique to honor the Van Cleef and Arpels legacy and continued service to Palm Beach.
While the Malachite’s worldwide release is set for March 21, the item is available in-store for purchase, giving local buyers an exclusive preview, just in time for Saint Patrick’s Day.
