Everybody wants to be in tip-top shape during the summer. Consider taking advantage of some of the programs and facilities at local city recreation centers.
- In Palm Beach, it’s all about the serve. Residents can drop in for play at Seaview Park and Phipps Ocean Park tennis centers. Both offer private lessons and instructional programs, and Seaview also hosts adult leagues and tennis camps for kids. (561-838-5404, palmbeachtennis.us)
- From the court to the pool, West Palm Beach residents are welcome to make a splash at the Warren Hawkins Aquatic Center. In addition to open and lap swim, the city offers swim lessons and a water aerobics program. (561-804-4961, wpb.org/parks)
