Eating New Orleans | A Culinary Expedition

From October 6-10, PBI’s food and wine editor, Mark Spivak, led vacationing foodies on a culinary tour of New Orleans. Delicious stops on the itinerary included Galatoire’s for some Creole classics, The Sazerac Bar for famous Ramos Gin Fizz's, a look into New Orleans' culinary future at R'evolution and the Acme Oyster House for po’ boys.
