Welcome to the 21st annual Palm Beach Charity Register! As we prepare once again to compile this invaluable guide to Palm Beach County’s charitable organizations, we invite you to submit information on your charity’s primary fundraising event to be considered for inclusion in the publication.
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, AS SOME THINGS HAVE CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS’ SUBMISSION FORMS.
DO NOT BEGIN THIS PROCESS UNLESS YOU KNOW ALL THE LOGISTICS OF YOUR EVENT (DATE, LOCATION, ETC.). YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF ANY FIELDS ARE LEFT BLANK. IF A FIELD IS NOT APPLICABLE TO YOUR EVENT, YOU MUST TYPE “N/A.”

LISTINGS: Each Palm Beach County organization selected for inclusion will receive a complimentary one-third page listing describing the charity and one major fundraising event.
ADDITIONAL LISTINGS: You may submit up to two additional forms for additional Palm Beach County one-third page listings. Additional listings are $475 each. Additional listings for purchase can be selected below.
OUT OF COUNTY LISTINGS: This year we are again making available listings for organizations whose primary operations and/or fundraising beneficiaries reside outside of Palm Beach County. One-third page Out of County listings may be purchased for $995. Out of County listings for purchase can be selected below.
DATES: The publication covers events held from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014.
PHOTOS: Photo space is limited, so we request you submit only one color photograph for each listing, identifying the chairperson or representative of your choice, as well as the photographer (if applicable). You may include multiple people in the one photograph provided. If multiple images are submitted, PBMG reserves the right to make the decision on the use of more than one photo based on the quality of the photo and the space allotted. A listing will not be considered for inclusion without a photograph. Electronic photos must be at least 4 x 6 inches, 300 dpi. We will not run logos.

REPEAT PHOTOS: If your organization was listed in last year’s Register with an accompanying photograph, and the same photo is applicable for this year’s Register, simply mark the appropriate box on the form.
DEADLINES: Please submit your online form(s) by FRIDAY JULY 20, 2013. Forms not submitted by the deadline will not be considered for inclusion.
LIMITED SPACE: Only the headings and titles appearing on the form will be included in the listings. Please edit your information to fit the space allotted on the form. Extra information and titles will not be included. Palm Beach Media Group will make every effort to include the submitted listings. However, due to space limitations, this may not always be possible. PBMG shall select charities for inclusion based on criteria including, but not limited to, whether the charity’s funds remain in Palm Beach County and the event’s history and tradition. PBMG expressly reserves the right to edit listings for space and clarity and is not responsible for publication of incorrect information provided directly by the charity.
COMPLIMENTARY COPIES: Each selected listing will be entitled to a complimentary copy of the 2013-14 Palm Beach Charity Register. A copy of the Charity Register will be mailed directly to the address provided on the listings form. Additional copies may be purchased with a 50% discount by calling 1-800-308-7346.
