KIPPER’S EZ PUDDING
- 1 ½ cup dates pitted and soaked
- 2 medium avocados
- ½ cup carob powder
Mix in food processor till smooth, eat and enjoy
NRG Bites
- 5 dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt for taste
EZ Cereal
- ¼ cup sesame seed
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- ¼ cup sunflower seed
- ¼ cup hemp seed
- ½ cup diced almonds or 2 tbsp almond butter (raw)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar
- 1 cup hemp, almond or rice milk
- salt for taste
Kipper’s EZ NO BAKE Pie
Crust:
- 4 cups almonds
- 14 dates, soaked and pitted
Put in food processor and process until it will hold together in clumps. Press into a pie pan as the “crust”
Filling:
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup dates, soaked and pitted
- 1 cup papaya, mango, strawberry or any berries
Process filling and spoon over the crust *
*Add a little carob to the crust
NRG PUDDING
- 1-2 banana
- ½ cup dates (pitted)
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- ¼ cup carob powder
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Dash salt
Put in food processor and process until smooth.
NRG additions
Acai: Amazon Super Fruit: loaded in antioxidants, Acids and fiber.
Coconut Water: Electrolytes, original sports drink
Maca: Root vegetable, related to turnip. Studies have identified four alkaloids present in maca known to nourish the endocrine system. Peru staple for 1,000 yrs. 1 tsp daily, stress fighter, increase stamina/libido
Yerba Mate: South American plant who’s leaf is used to make tea infusion. Like green tea, rich in chlorophyll, antioxidants, and has caffeine.
Goji Berries: Considered to be one of the world’s most nutrient rich fruit. Great in cereal, smoothies, trail mix

RAW FOOD FOR NRG
Taco Extreme
- 3 cup walnuts
- 1-2 coves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. Braggs aminos
In food processor combine all ingredients
Taco
Use a large romaine lettuce leaf for a hard shell taco or collard green for a soft shell taco
Add taco meat and toppings: scallion, chopped onion, hot sauce, shredded lettuce, tofu and guacamole.
Kipper’s Killer Guac
- 2 cup avocado
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp minced jalapeno
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 1 ½ tsp Celtic sea salt
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
In a mix bowl mash avocado and olive oil with a wooden spoon, and in rapid circular strokes, whip until fluffy. Fold in green onions, cilantro, jalapeno, tomato, Celtic sea salt and lime juice.
