August 16: Heart and Elle King 

The legendary American rock group Heart will perform at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach Friday, August 16. Fronted by sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, Heart found popular success in the 1970s thanks to hits such as “Barracuda” and “Crazy on You.” They’ll be joined by special guest Elle King, a singer-songwriter best known for her 2015 album Love Stuff and the single “Ex’s & Oh’s,” which earned her two Grammy nominations. August 17: NorthwoodStock

Celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Woodstock at NorthwoodStock, taking place Saturday, August 17. From 5 to 9 p.m., Northwood Village in West Palm Beach will come alive with music, street vendors, and cuisine. This community festival is free and open to the public. August 18: Sunday on the Waterfront

The City of West Palm Beach will host its monthly Sunday on the Waterfront concert on August 18 from 4 to 7 p.m. This month’s headliner is Slip and the Spinouts, a swing/rockabilly group comprising three musicians on upright bass, guitar, and drums.
