January 17: Evenings at the Council

Join the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County as it celebrates the eightieth anniversary of its historic Art Deco headquarters Friday, January 17. To honor the building’s time as the Lake Theatre, the Council will be screening Preston Sturges’ The Palm Beach Story. Arts Garage welcomes Miami jazz sensation Yamit and the Vinyl Blvd Saturday, January 18. Known for putting a sophisticated touch on an extensive repertoire of classic jazz styles, the ensemble’s lush sounds will transport audiences to a different era.
