The Achievement Centers for Children & Families (ACCF) in Delray Beach will launch its Adopt-A-Class program ahead of the upcoming 2021-2022 school year to provide essential support to the organization’s Early Learning Program (ELP) classrooms. ACCF supporters can make a one-time donation of $1,500 to “adopt” an ELP classroom, which will help provide supplies to students throughout the school year.

The community donations will support on-site field trips, arts and crafts supplies, STEAM supplies, snacks and food for in-classroom occasions, curriculum materials and related trainings, student activities and engagement events, teacher and provider appreciation events, and PPE safety supplies.

In return, donors will receive invitations to class graduations, holiday shows, and volunteer appreciation events. This year, those events will take place both virtually and in-person. Supporters will also receive a school year plaque with their name in their adopted classroom, updates from their class throughout the year, and a recap highlighting all of the fun memories from the year.

High quality and affordable Early Childhood Education provided by ACCF is a vital component of Delray’s community. The community’s support is needed now more than ever as the children and families depend on ACCF’s programs and services.

Those who are interested in participating in the Adopt-A-Class program or have further questions can email events@accffoundation.org for more information.
