Back-to-School Food Drive is Bigger Than Ever

School is in session and the Palm Beach County Food Bank is celebrating with the return of its annual One Can, Two Can, Who Can? You Can! Back-to-School Food Drive. Now through August 31, the food bank will accept protein-rich, non-perishable donations at more than 20 local partner locations to help students experiencing hunger. The most wanted items include canned beans, fish, chicken, beef, peanut butter, vegetables, and fruit.

Last year, in partnership with Palm Beach County Libraries and community partners, the back-to-school food drive collected 2,582 pounds of food, providing over 2,777 meals. The food bank is aiming to double the collection this year.
