Ballet Palm Beach will host is season kick-off fundraiser, Cocktails en Pointe, featuring special guest Skylar Peterson, at The Colony Hotel October 17. Guests will enjoy an evening complete with refreshments, meet-and-greets, and an intimate performance from company dancers.
Skylar Peterson is a multilingual pop opera vocalist whose romantic renditions of timeless repertoire deliver an extraordinary blend of crooning meets classical crossover. Peterson will join musician Jill and Rich Switzer at Cocktails en Pointe at The Colony. Hosted by Brandie Herbst, Erin McGould, and Stefani Daddono, guests will gather in The Colony’s East Garden for refreshments, then enter the ballroom for a brief ballet performance, pointe shoe demonstrations, and mingling with fellow Ballet Palm Beach supporters. Admission includes hors d’oeuvres and an open bar, and proceeds will benefit the company’s Pointe Shoe Fund.
