Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Clase Azul Tequila Reposado
- ¼ oz elderflower liqueur
- ¼ oz maraschino liqueur
- 3 oz brut sparkling wine
- Lemon twist
Glassware: Pony Glass, 4 ½ oz
Method: Add the first three ingredients to a chilled pony glass. Add the sparkling wine on top. Garnish with a lemon twist.
