With school out for the summer, children are invited to get creative with the Lighthouse ArtCenter’s ArtCamp in a Box. The Tequesta-based organization’s innovative concept allows families to pick up everything they need to fuel art camp fun from the comfort of home through July 31. Budding artists can then share their creations via Zoom sessions.

Over in its gallery, the Lighthouse ArtCenter is mounting the “Super Summer and Fantastic Fall” exhibition, on view through October 17 and featuring illustrations, puppets, and more by world-class animators and artists. The exhibition will correspond with the center’s MakerSpace, where guests of all ages will learn how to animate, create paper-engineered projects, design objects for 3D printing, and fashion dynamic puppets with the industry’s leading artists.
