in research from Tufts School of Medicine. He then served as an assistant professor of clinical ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where he quickly became the
second highest volume surgeon. He has received numerous accolades, including Top 40 Under 40 internationally by The Ophthalmologist; top 250 U.S. ophthalmic surgeons by
Premier Surgeon; Florida Society of Ophthalmology Young Outstanding Ophthalmologist Award; best ophthalmologist by the Palm Beach County Medical Society; finalist for
