Gourmands need not travel far to experience Michelin-Star caliber dining this weekend. “Chef without borders” Mauro Colagreco will be cooking at his restaurant, Florie’s, inside the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, during a special dinner on Friday, March 15 and a brunch on Saturday, March 16.
The Argentine-born chef’s famed restaurant in Menton, France, Mirazur, was recently bumped up to a three-star rating by the Michelin Guide in January. It was also ranked No. 3 on the list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, up from No. 4 last year.
The dinner on Friday will celebrate this accomplishment with “A Taste of Mirazur” theme. Garden-inspired cocktails will kick off the five-course dinner with a menu that incorporates the best of the French Riviera through the lens of Palm Beach. Culinary delights will include Gillardeau oysters, salt-crusted beets with caviar cream, a savory tart with black truffle, and turbot in smoky sauce. Experience Colagreco’s talents for $285 per person and reserve online here.
The “Brunch Without Borders” on Saturday, March 16 will feature interactive chef stations serving new selections that represent Colagreco’s diverse background. Diners will also find a Champagne bar, a grand dessert display, and additional entrees that can be ordered tableside. Brunch runs at $135 per person. Reserve your space here.
