Dr. Alan J. Bauman is a full-time, board-certified hair restoration physician who has treated more than 35,000 patients, performed over 13,000 hair transplant procedures, and administered more than 13,000 platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments since founding Bauman Medical in 1997. Bauman Medical is a 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art “hair hospital” located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Bauman is among approximately 200 physicians worldwide certified by the esteemed American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS). He is a member of the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons, recommended by the American Hair Loss Association, and a fellow of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.

Additionally, Dr. Bauman founded Bauman Philanthropic, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing pro-bono hair restoration treatments, surgical hair transplants, and medical solutions to individuals in need. This initiative helps restore the appearance and confidence of men, women, and children who have suffered significant hair loss due to accidents, medical treatments, or other unfortunate circumstances.
