Dr. Reshma M. Khan

Dr. Reshma M. Khan has been recognized as an expert, by her peers, in the field of rheumatology, receiving the distinguished Palm Beach Illustrated Top Doctors Award for four years in a row.

As a renowned board-certified rheumatologist, Dr. Khan has trained at Michigan’s two most prominent hospital systems, Wayne State University and Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Khan believes every person is unique and deserves an individualized treatment plan.

She delivers compassionate care while offering her patients the most advanced treatments available today. Dr. Khan and her staff pride themselves on providing world-class care in a welcoming atmosphere.

She diagnoses and treats a wide variety of rheumatic conditions with special training and a particular interest in inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.

Dr. Khan also provides coaching on evidence-based lifestyle medicine to manage chronic diseases. In her coaching, she promotes whole foods, a plant-predominant diet, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connection as a primary therapeutic modality for the treatment, prevention, and reversal of chronic diseases.

Dr. Khan is an active member of the American College of Rheumatology and Florida Society of Rheumatology. She is also the founder of the nonprofit organization Women Rheumatology Group, which consists of more than 1,000 women rheumatologists worldwide.

Because Dr. Khan is passionate about teaching and educating others about rheumatic diseases, she serves on multiple advisory boards and is a speaker for various companies. She also writes blogs on her website about rheumatic diseases. When she is not involved in patient care, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and working out on her Peloton bike.
