Philip Saville, MD, is a Palm Beach-based, board-certified orthopedic spinal surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive and motion-sparing spinal surgery including disc replacements. He founded the Saville Spine Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to provide patients with personalized, world-class care and treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. His focus is providing patients with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine ailments the highest level of comprehensive and multidisciplinary care as well as utilizing the newest, most cutting-edge, minimally invasive technology on the market. He completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Pennsylvania and his spine fellowship at the No. 1 orthopedic hospital in the United States, the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He brings the advanced skills he learned there to South Florida for the first time.
