Board-certified infectious disease physician Dr. Olayemi Osiyemi is the founder and medical director of Fantastic Wound Care & Wellness Spa. Fantastic Wound Care provides services such as antiaging, hyperbaric oxygen treatment, IV infusion, and wound care. He is also the president of Triple O Medical Services and Triple O Research Institute, where he conducts clinical disease identification and research. Osiyemi serves on several advisory boards and holds multiple leadership positions. He is fondly called Dr. O or Dr. TripleO.

Dr. Jose Menajovsky, a board-certified infectious disease physician, is a partner at Triple O Medical Services. He is called Dr. M by many of his patients and nurses. Dr. M also holds several leadership positions, including chairman of Pharmacy, Nutrition, and Therapeutics and Infectious Control at Kindred Hospital of the Palm Beaches.

Osiyemi and Menajovsky both provide exclusive concierge infectious disease services, and are preceptors for students in pharmacy, medical, and nurse practitioner schools.
