Paul Winner, DO, FAAN, is a dedicated neuroscience researcher and clinical neurologist, with more than 25 years of experience, serving as the senior director of Premiere Research Institute and attending neurologist at Palm Beach Neurology. As a principal investigator for
numerous clinical trials, he is instrumental in introducing new treatments for mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer’s disease. His trials with the breakthrough-treatments Aducanumab and Lecanemab have recently received FDA conditional approval. Other monoclonal antibodies like Donanemeb, Remternetug, and Pepinemab are currently under study at Premiere Research Institute along with other promising agents as part of the effort to prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease.

Dr. Winner received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residencies in pediatrics and neurology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. He completed a neuromuscular fellowship in the department of neurology at Cornell University Hospital for Special Surgery, New York. He served as assistant professor of neurology at the Montefiore Headache Center, New York. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with special competence in child neurology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology.
