This cutting-edge surgical procedure uses the smallest, state of the art surgical instruments to diagnose and treat foot, ankle and knee injuries in the office setting. The use of local anesthetic permits the patient to observe their procedure in real-time without experiencing any pain. This allows the patient to truly understand the nature of their injury and become an active member of the team. The tiny incisions facilitate rapid recovery and return to daily and sporting activities with minimal downtime. In West Palm Beach, Dr. Kennedy performs in-office nano-arthroscopy procedures at the world’s first dedicated nano-arthroscopy suite.
As one of the founding members of the International Society on Cartilage Repair of the Ankle (ISCRA), Dr. Kennedy has helped pioneer innovative technologies to prevent cartilage degradation. The ISCRA is comprised of a cohort of leading experts in cartilage regeneration from over 40 countries and has established universal treatment strategies for ankle cartilage injuries.
