Don’t Miss These Breweries at the Palm Beach Summer Beer Fest

Four sorts of beer. Beer tasting. Ale, porter, lager, pilsner

On July 20, the Palm Beach Summer Beer Fest returns to the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach for another round of craft beer, food trucks, and live music. While many local ales will account for the 200-plus brews available for sampling, the festival will also offer the chance to try beer from notable out-of-town breweries. Here are three you shouldn’t miss.

1. Green Bench Brewing Company, St. Petersburg, Florida

A staple on Florida’s west coast since 2013, this brewery gained acclaim for its ultra-drinkable Sunshine City IPA as well as its award-winning meads and ciders.

2. Left Hand Brewing Company, Longmont, Colorado

You may have seen this longstanding brewery’s creamy nitro around town, but its deep lineup of brews—like the ginger-infused Good Juju—also demand attention.

3. Highland Brewing Company, Asheville, North Carolina

As the first legal brewery to operate in Asheville since Prohibition, this family-owned establishment helped lay the foundation for the area’s flourishing beer scene.
