ArtHouse 429 (561-231-0429) wants to know: Is the space you occupy every day an accurate representation of who you are? Our spaces—bedrooms, offices and even patios and porches—reflect our day-to-day lives and become, in effect, our living canvases. The new exhibit “Adorn: The Art that Surrounds Us,” opening June 12, features abstract field and post-impressionistic paintings as well as metallic sculptures and abstract mixed-media pieces, all of which comment on the nature of personal environments.
- “Adorn: The Art that Surrounds Us” wil run from June 12 through July 12.
- An opening recpetion will be held on June 12 at 6:30 p.m.
- Artists in the exhibition include: Cameron Gray, Amanda Valdes, Alvaro Rojas, Anthony Burks, Brad Robertson, Ernesto Kunde, Dan Fenelon, Attila JK, David Orr Wright, Tony Scherman, William Halliday, Mary Coyle, Sara Mushegian.
