2nd Annual Create Day

Step away from your computer screen and get your hands dirty at Create Day, a free event focused on creativity, learning, and making things with your hands. The 2nd annual event comes to the The Kelsey Theater in Lake Park Thursday, March 9 from 12-4 p.m.

Attendees can sign up for short workshops where creative professionals will give instruction and materials necessary to complete exercises in creative endeavors such as painting, knitting, cupcake decorating, pottery, calligraphy, floral arranging and more. The event is open to all skill levels and anyone wanting to reconnect with their creative side. There will also be an open mic, a giant canvas/community project, impromptu water gun fights and food.
