Art Class: Mixed Media, Creating Background Paper

You’ll create with paper, acrylic paints, stencils, stamps and pens to make unique background papers. Polymer artist Lori Axelrod will teach you application strategies, mark making and layering techniques that you can apply to any of your creative projects. The background papers that you create will be used in your class project. Art supplies and one canvas board will be provided (approximately 12×12). Feel free to bring any of your own art supplies, embellishments or copies of poems that you’d like to use in your project. No experience necessary. The class fee is $55 and includes all supplies.
