Art Throwdown & Monster Drawing Rally

Think of it as Iron Chef but for artists. The Monster Drawing Rally is part performance, part art-walk, part art sale, and is sure to be one of Delray Beach’s liveliest fun-raising events. During the Monster Drawing Rally, artists create artworks from start-to-finish in front of a live audience. Artwork can be purchased for $30 as soon as they are finished. Like any party, there will be pizza, music and beer.

The night caps off with the Arts Throwdown in which artists go head to head in a 90 minute challenge. They’ll each be provided the same art supplies, plus have access to a table of unusual items to use for their 90 minute masterpiece.

Samsung has joined the event and will provide Virtual Reality experiences along with a high tech photo booth.
