with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Best Buddies international, a ground breaking non profit founded by Anthony K. Shriver that creates various opportunities for people with disabilities all over the world including in our own community, is excited to host its Champion of the Year Annual Gala 2020 virtually. The gala will include an exciting live and silent auction consisting of celebrity chats including actor Sean McGuire, singer/performer T-Rell, luxury vacations, art, home office remodel and Jimmy Choo private shopping spree among others as well as appearances by Miss Florida USA Monique Evans. There is a free RSVP registration as well as limited VIP experiences available for purchase at www.bestbuddieschampion.org/palmbeach that include dinner by Bolay with a personal gift bag of goodies and pre Gala Cocktail Zoom at 6:30 pm with local Celebrity mixologist Wayne Pasik that will be creating mocktails for the attendees and special guests Suzanne Boyd former CBS anchor and Former Mayor Jeri Muoio. The silent Auction will be available prior and during the event. The event sponsors include City Furniture, FPL, Bolay and Otis Elevators
The Nominated Champions raise funds and awareness for the organization in a friendly competition for the title of Champion of the Year which will be revealed at the Virtual Gala. Best Buddies Palm Beach Director Tricia Williams and Gala Chair Sarah Martin will be hosting live from the Hilton Hotel In West Palm Beach. There will be a celebratory Bollywood dance by young ambassadors of Best Buddies Chloe Thibault and Darian Testoni along with the gala committee ( Celine Thibault-Auction Chair, Nisha Punjabi of Dance Jhankaar, Liz LaMorte and Priti Shah) Proceeds from the event benefit Best Buddies programs for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
