Boys & Girls Clubs of the Glades Area Summer Arts Showcase

Members from seven Boys & Girls Clubs in Belle Glade will showcase their new performing arts skills. Summer campers from Canal Point, Gove, and Rosenwald Boys & Girls Clubs will perform selections from Summer Camp! A Musical. They have been practicing the performance pieces with the Delray Beach Chorale. Plus, dancers from all Belle Glade Area Clubs will present choreographed dance numbers. In addition, members from the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center will release BGC Vol 1: The Muck Edition, an album they created as part of their Lyricism 101 class. The album is entirely written and performed by students of the Teen Center with production support from Alistaire Leahy, music instructor at the Teen Center and a local music producer.
