CHEERS! National Drink Wine Day at III Forks Prime Steakhouse

On National Drink Wine Day, February 18, uncork your favorite grape and celebrate at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens.

Oenophiles will raise a glass to Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, with luxury glass pours by Coravin, including Goldeneye Pinot Noir ($20) and Quintessa Red Blend ($55). Specialty sips are also available during Happy Hour in the bar from 5-7 p.m.

The celebrated steakhouse features an array of fine wines consisting of over 300 different labels housed in its mahogany and marble-infused wine room. III Forks also utilizes the Coravin Wine System, a proprietary technology that keeps the cork in place while allowing the wine to flow, and protecting it from oxidation so that every sip tastes as if the bottle was just opened.

Feeling noshy? Enjoy wine pairings from executive chef Tommy Nevill’s dinner menu (Durham Ranch wagyu, pesto shrimp pasta, rosemary and bacon roasted chicken), bar bites (cheese and charcuterie, lamb meatballs, chicken-fried filet mignon), and you-deserve-it desserts (coconut cream cake, key lime pie, Bailey’s chocolate cake) from 5-10 p.m.
